Preheat oven 425℉
Freeze 3 sticks butter
Combine in mixer
750 grams all purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
Grate butter and add to mixer
Stir in
610 grams milk
Mix until combined
Turn out onto floured surface
Knead briefly
Roll out to 1 inch thickness
Cut dough into biscuits
Add to baking sheet
Brush with melted butter
Bake for 20 minutes
