1 lb bacon

Fry or scramble

1 egg per crunch wrap

Brown

1 hash brown patty per crunch wrap

Assemble

1 flour tortilla

1 tbsp ketchup

1 hash brown

2 tbsp sour cream

3 pieces bacon

1 egg

¼ cup cheese

Fold over edges of tortilla

Add to griddle fold-side down until browned

Flip and cook until brown
