Fried Rice

Heat in large skillet

2 tbsp sesame oil

Add

½ yellow onion, minced

Sauté for 2 minutes

Add to skillet

1 can of diced carrots and peas

Sauté for 1 minute

Add

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 inch ginger, minced

Cook until fragrant

Add

4 cups long-grain white rice, day old

Cook 2 minutes

Create well for eggs

Add

1 tbsp sesame oil

4 eggs, lightly beaten

Add

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp fish sauce

Add more sauce to taste

Heat 2 minutes then serve
