Process until crumbs form, 20 seconds

Add

12 oz dates, pitted

75 grams coconut oil, melted

½ tsp kosher salt

Pulse until dates are incorporated

Add

120 grams chocolate chips

Pulse until incorporated

Line 9″x13″ dish with parchment paper

Add processed mix to dish

Top with layer of parchment paper

Compress mixture to uniform thickness

Refrigerate 30+ minutes

Cut into bars
