Nana’s Sweet Potato Casserole

Bake 400℉ for 1 hour

7 medium sized sweet potatoes

Peel and cut, mash potatoes

Add

½ cup white sugar

4 tbsp butter

2 eggs, beaten

1 tbsp vanilla

Pour the mixture into a casserole dish

For topping, mix

1 cup light brown sugar

½ cup flour

8 tbsp butter, softened

1 cup chopped pecans

Bake 350℉ for 45 minutes
