Preheat oven 350°F
Combine
¾ cup flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp seasoned salt
¼ tsp dry mustard
Add
8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
16 oz breakfast sausage, crumbled
Mix until combined
Form into ¾ inch balls
Place on baking sheet
Bake 15 minutes
Remove from heat
Melt
4 tbsp butter
Toss in bowl with sausage balls
Return to baking sheet
Bake 10 minutes
