Stir Fry

Combine stir-fry sauce

Whisk together

2 tsp cornstarch

2 tbsp cold water

Add

4 tsp soy sauce

1 ½ tsp rice vinegar

1 tsp brown sugar

¼ tsp salt

Begin stir-fry

Heat in large skillet

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Add

½ yellow onion, diced

Sauté for 1 minute

Add to skillet

1 broccoli stalk, trimmed

2 carrots, diced

Sauté for 6 minutes

Add

8 oz mushrooms

Sauté for 4 minutes

Add

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 inch ginger, minced

Cook until fragrant

Remove from heat

Add stir-fry sauce and stir

Cover for 3 minutes

Serve with rice
